Terms & Conditions
How much are the hats and bands? The pieces are usually priced between £250 and £550 but we do sell some pieces outside this range. For a selection of special pieces in our online shop please see here.
Can I order a special piece? Yes – all hats are made up especially so please contact us at info@piersatkinson.com with an idea and references of hats from our past and current collections and we can discuss alternative colours, fabrics and remakes.
How long will it take to receive an order? All pieces are made to order, by hand, in our London studio so please allow two to three weeks for delivery within the UK and up to four weeks for international orders. If the order is urgent please contact us at info@piersatkinson.com and we will see what can be done. Orders are shipped to the address you provide. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, or to replace lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information. We require a delivery address, post/zip code and a contact phone AND email address for the recipient.
Returns and Exchanges. Because each piece is handmade, we sadly cannot accept returns.
